KP markets to remain close from May 8 to May 16

Interior Ministry of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) Friday issued a directive to close all business activities, Bazar and markets as well as public transport from May 08 to May 16, reported 24NewsHD TV Channel.
Following the third wave of Covid-19 in the province, the interior minister has also released orders to all spots related to tourism including Sawat, Galyat, Naran and Kaghan would remain close while the bazar and markets on Chand Raat would also not open in any case.
All the hotels located inside the tourism spots, parks and tourist resorts would also remain close during these eight days.
However, medical stores, Tandoors, grocery stores, milk shops, meat and chicken shops, tyre puncture shops, bakeries, fruit and vegetable shops, shops and offices related to utility services like electricity, gas, and internet could remain open.
In this regard, the KP interior ministry has released the directive saying that any type of transport would also not come on the road as well as all the stations of public transports would be remained closed too.
