PTI Punjab questions performance of PTI chairman, Core Committee

The internal differences between PTI ranks have widened as PTI Vice President Punjab Chapter Akmal Khan Bari has questioned the performance of Core Committee members and chairman Barrister Gohar, reported 24NewsHDTV Channel. 

In a letter to PTI chairman Gohar Khan and Secretary General Salman Akram Raja, Akmal Bari complained that current PTI has failed to start a protests movement for the release of PTI founder Imran Khan. 

PTI Punjab vice President further said that during Ramadan, Barrister Gohar and other leaders repeatedly said that they would launch a movement after Eid al-Fitr, but no action has been taken on it till date. He claimed that Aleema Khan, who has been coming outside Adiala Jail for almost three months but she was not being allowed to meet the founder but still leadership has not come up with any action plan. He said PTI failed to hold rally or meeting to express solidarity with the Palestinian people. 

Akmal Bari said current PTI leadership has failed to provide concrete strategy for the release of the founder PTI. 

Akmal Bari told leadership that he wanted to organize a grand meeting at Minar Pakistan to pay tribute to the party leaders and workers who have made great sacrifices. 

He demanded advice and permission in this regard. 

He questioned PTI leadership to tell the workers what were we waiting for? PTI has to overcome fear and panic and come out to promote the ideology of PTI founder. 

He hoped that the party leadership will announce its clear strategy for the release of Imran Khan.
