Former prime minister and PTI Chairman Imran Khan on Tuesday filed a petition in the Islamabad High Court (IHC), seeking court order for quashing the terrorism case registered against him, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
In the application, Imran said that there was no legal justification for registration of the case against him.
Imran had been booked in a terrorism case following his speech during PTI’s public gathering at Islamabad’s F-9 Park earlier this month in which he allegedly threatened a lady magistrate for granting party leader Shahbaz Gill’s physical remand to the police.
