In the clip, the man talks about the growing popularity of Ozempic and other GLP-1-based treatments, claiming that while many users have achieved significant weight loss, some have also experienced noticeable changes in their facial appearance.

The speaker refers to a compound known as exendin-4, saying that its origins can be traced to the venom of the Gila monster, a venomous lizard found in the desert regions of the southwestern United States and northwestern Mexico.
