Sindh Education Minister Saeed Ghani announced on Saturday that the final matriculation examination will be held in the province on July 1 whereas the intermediate examination will take place from July 28.

The advisory committee chaired by Saeed Ghani has decided to open all schools of the province from February 1 with strict implementation of coronavirus-related standard operating procedures (SOPs).

The meeting also announced that all boards of the province will compile results within 90 days of the examinations and new academic year will start from August 2.

It has also been decided that the assistance of the district authorities can be sought during the arrangements of the board exams in Sindh.
