Female MNAs unite to raise voice in Noor Muqaddam case in NA
Female parliamentarians belonging to treasury and opposition parties united for justice to Noor Muqaddam and other victims of rape and murder in the National Assembly’s Friday Session.
According to the 24News HD TV channel, female members of the national assembly (MNAs) strongly condemned the increasing rape and murder cases against girls in society.
They raised the issue of Noor Muqaddam brutal murder in Islamabad and three years old girl rape in Lahore especially and asked the Speaker to constitute a parliamentary committee to review the rape cases properly.
Syeda Nosheen Iftikhar, Shahida Rehmani, and Ghazala Saifi while talking on a point of the order demanded the concerned authorities that a speedy trial of the Noor Muqaddam case was necessary to prevent such atrocities.
Female parliamentarians said that Pakistan couldn’t be better unless 52 percent of the population of females here was protected.
