Terrorists from inside Afghanistan opened fire across the international border on a military post in Dwatoi, North Waziristan killing two Pakistani soldiers, reported 24NewsHD TV channel. 

According to ISPR, terrorists from inside Afghanistan opened fire on a Pakistani military post at North Waziristan. The Pakistan Army traded fire with them and responded in a befitting matter. During the exchange of fire, two Pakistani soldiers: 43 years old Havaldar Saleem and 35 years old Lance Naik Pervaiz embraced martyrdom. 

The ISPR said that Pakistan had consistently been asking Afghanistan to ensure effective control over the border on their side while strongly condemning the continuous use of Afghan soil for terrorist activities against Pakistan.
