Saudi Arabia has promised to extend the exit reentry for all those iqama holders who could not return to the Kingdom because of the flight operations suspension.

The Kingdom had imposed flight restrictions to tackle the coronavirus pandemic, which meant that many people from Pakistan and other countries could not return to the country within the stipulated time.

That why Saudi Arabia’s interior ministry and the General Directorate of Passports have assured the affected people that the travel restrictions would be lifted after improvement in the coronavirus pandemic.

As a result, the exit reentry would be extended through an automatic system and the return of all those would also be ensured whose holiday visas had expired.

However, the Saudi authorities have said that the procedure devised for the arrival of iqama holders would be announced as soon as the situation returned to normal.
