Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan Thursday challenged the investigation of the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) against him in the Toshakhana case in the Islamabad High Court (IHC).
According to the 24News HD TV channel, PTI Chairman Imran Khan has filed a petition against the NAB call-up notices of February 17 and March 16 in the court.
In the petition, Imran Khan appealed to the IHC to declare the NAB call-up notices dated February 17 and March 16 illegal and stopped to change the inquiry to the investigation till the final decision of the case.
Former Prime Minister Imran Khan also appealed to the IHC that the disciplinary action against the petitioner on the basis of the NAB call-up notices should also be stopped.
Imran Khan has made the NAB chairman and the NAB Rawalpindi additional director parties in the application. He filed the petition in the IHC through his lawyer Khawaja Haris.
