96 more dengue cases reported in Islamabad
No respite for Lahorites as 174 new cases reported in one day

Dengue cases spread has gone out of hands in Islamabad as 96 more people were affected by the virus in the Federal Capital in the past 24 hours, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Friday.
As per dengue cases breakdown, 43 dengue cases reported from rural areas, 53 reported from urban areas. With 96 new dengue cases, the tally has gone to 2,331 in this season following 1,379 cases from rural area and 952 cases from urban area in this season.
Six patients had died to dengue in Islamabad so far. In comparison, 14 patients were admitted to Polyclinic Hospital, 7 patients were admitted to Federal General Hospital, and 16 patients were taken to the PIMS hospital in a 24-hour period. Six dengue cases have been reported at the Holy Family hospital in the twin city.
According to District Health Officer (DHO) of Islamabad, at least 45 dengue cases are surfacing in private laboratories in 24 hours.
Lahore cases
There is no let-up in dengue cases as 174 new cases were reported in one day which is a high number. Moreover, one patient died suffering from this virus.
