China proud to be first to donate vaccine to Pakistan: Ambassador Rong

Chinese Ambassador to Pakistan Nong Rong said on Sunday that his country was proud to be the first to contribute to the vaccination plan of Pakistan.
Ambassador Rong took to Twitter to make this announcement. He wrote on his page, “We are ready for our iron brother! Happy to learn that the Chinese Government donated vaccines have been loaded to the special plane sent by Pakistan. Proud to be the first country to contribute to the vaccination plan of Pakistan. @Asad_Umar @SMQureshiPTI”

A few hours earlier, Asad Umar, federal minister for planning, development, reforms and special initiatives, had announced that coronavirus vaccine was being loaded onto a plane of the Pakistan Air Force (PAF) at the Beijing airport and it would leave for Pakistan in a few hours.
