Woman killed, four critically injured in accident on Indus Highway near Shikarpur

A woman lost her life and four others sustained critical injuries after a passenger coach collided with a car near Son Wah on Larkana Road along the Indus Highway, police said on Saturday.

According to police officials, some people were travelling by a car from Jacobabad to Larkana to transport a patient when the accident occurred. The collision between the passenger coach and the car was described as severe.

Police confirmed that a woman associated with the film industry, who was traveling in the car, died on the spot. Four others were seriously injured in the crash.

Rescue teams shifted the injured to a nearby medical facility, from where they were being referred to Larkana due to their critical condition.
