IHC cancels cause list of Chief Justice Farooq’s court

The Islamabad High Court has cancelled the cause list of Chief Justice Aamer Farooq’s court today, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Monday.

The IHC canceled the cause list of CJ Farooq’s court as the latter would not be available today.

On July 12, the Islamabad High Court chief justice’s cause list was also cancelled as CJ Aamer Farooq went on leave due to sickness. According to the cancelled cause list, all the cases including the Toshakhana case involving PTI Chairman Imran Khan could not be taken up.
