Member of the National Assembly (MNA) Ali Wazir, who is currently in Karachi’s Central Jail, on Thursday left Karachi for Islamabad to participate in voting on the no-confidence motion submitted by the opposition in the National Assembly against the Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) government, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

In Islamabad, Wazir will stay in the Sindh House, which, the Sindh government, has declared a sub-jail.

According to the Sindh Home Department, the provincial government has the power to declare the Sindh House a sub-jail because it is its property.
