Sindh govt fires Controller Exam for manipulating Mirpurkhas Board results
The Sindh government has dismissed Controller Examinations Anwar Aleem Khanzada from his post over the issue of manipulation of matriculation and inter results and fake certificates in Mirpurkhas Board, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Tuesday.
According to Provincial Education Minister Muhammad Ismael Rahu, the inquiry report against the controller in February 2026 proved allegations of large-scale tampering in SSC and HSC results.
Anwar Aleem Khanzada neither responded to the show cause notice nor appeared for personal hearing and after which he was dismissed under the E&D rules.
As many as 1068 matriculation and 1471 inter mark sheets and certificates from 2021 to 2025 have been cancelled in Mirpurkhas.
Investigation is underway against more officers and agents involved in this matter.
