Dry weather to persist in most areas of country

In most parts of the country, weather will remain hot and dry, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
According to Metrological report on Tuesday, weather will remain dry in Islamabad during day. However, in the evening or night, the sky will be overcast and rain is expected with thunderstorm and strong wind.
Most areas of Punjab will remain in the grip of heat and dry conditions will persist. The south districts of the province will face extreme heatwave.
However, rain is expected to lash Potohar, Gujranwala, Gujrat, Sargodha, Sialkot, Naorowal and Lahore with thunderstorm and strong winds.
Faisalabad, Multan, Sahiwal, Bahawalpur, Bhakkar, Layya, Rahim Yar Khan and Dera Ghazi Khan are also expected to receive rain.
According to weather report, hot and dry conditions will persist in most areas of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. But after noon, Dir, Swat, Malakand, Kohistan, Mansehra, Abbottabad, Kohat, Khyber, Mehmand, Kurram, Haripur and Peshawar are expected by be lashed by rain, thunderstorm and strong winds.
Bannu and Dera Ismail Khan are also likely to soaked in rain.
Most areas of Sindh will remain hot and dry. But in the afternoon, dusty winds are expected to hit.
The Met office report says that several areas in Balochistan will remain in the grip of heat. But in the afternoon, dusty winds will break the momentum.
In Gilgit-Baltistan and Kashmir, the weather will remain partially cloudy and many areas are expected to receive rain coupled with thunderclap and strong winds.
