Lahore police arrested a man on a charge of subjecting a student to beating and abducting him for allegedly passing in front of his car, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Tuesday.

According to police, the accused identified as Shehzad tortured student Fahad as he passed in front of his car. He also abducted him in the car and took him away.

The accused, however, dropped the student at Shaukat Khanum Hospital Chowk and sped away.

The police registered a case against the accused and seized his car.

“He has been handed over to the Investigation Wing for further investigation,” police said.
