Pakistani film actress and model Sana Fakhar has lately proved that age is just a number by flaunting her infectious work out tactics during a gym session.

42-year-old Sana Fakhar has taken to her Instagram handle and posted a video featuring herself in her gym wear as she effortlessly succeeds in finishing off a difficult exercise.
During the workout session, Sana is accompanied by her gym coach as he instructs her to properly undergo a demanding workout practice for which Sana can be seen holding two handles on top of the equipment while she vigorously climbs on top and then lets her body hang loose in the air upside down for some time after which she steps right back on the floor.
To be honest, some of the Pakistani showbiz personalities have habits which can prove to be quite inspirational. Acknowledging the fact that Sana might not be that young however striving each day to maintain her physical and mental health by consistently indulging in proper workout routines is something which should be acknowledged and get inspired from.
Also, the way Sana is seen flaunting 'forever young' personality traits in her latest social media update makes us believe that we can successfully attain any dream, if we work hard for it.
