Different parts of country to receive rain; likely to affect Pindi Test

The first Test of the Pak-Aus series kicked off Friday but there is a chance of the match being affected by rainy shower as the meteorological department Friday predicted rain with thunderstorms in Islamabad and Rawalpindi from Saturday to Thursday, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

As per meteorological department prediction, rain with strong winds and thundershowers is expected in the upper areas in the coming days.

The westerly winds will blow from tomorrow night. The westerly winds will continue in the upper parts of the country from Saturday to Thursday.

Quetta, Pishin, Zhob, Waziristan, DI Khan and Layyah are likely to receive rain and snow with strong winds.

Rain and snow with strong winds are expected in Chitral, Swat, Kohistan, Hazara Division Gilgit and Kashmir from Saturday to Thursday.

Moderate snowfall is also expected in Murree, Gilgit, Kashmir and some places from Sunday to Thursday.
