Pakistan Muslim League President and former Prime Minister Chaudhry Shujat Hussain, Speaker Punjab Assembly Chaudhry Parvez Elahi and Federal Minister for Water Resources Moonis Elahi have said that January 5 is the day of self-determination of Kashmiri people but unfortunately the oppressed people of Kashmir are still deprived of this basic right.

The UN Security Council also passed a unanimous resolution 73 years ago today in support of Kashmiris’ right to self-determination.

PML Leaders said that Kashmir Valley has become the largest prison in the world but the international conscience is still silent.

The Indian occupying forces cannot suppress the right of Kashmiris to self-determination.

They said that Insha-Allah one day the blood of Kashmiri martyrs will surely bloom and the clouds of oppression will dissipate.
