Serena Issa, wife of Supreme Court Justice Qazi Faez Isa has said a key government figure was behind the plot to assassinate Justice Qazi Faez Isa, 24News HD TV Channel reported on Saturday.

In an interview, she said basically the reference against her husband Justice Qazi Faez Isa was filed to fire him from his post.

Serena Isa said a key government figure was behind the plot to assassinate Justice Qazi Faez Isa and a person who was involved in life-threatening to her husband had been given protection.

She said her husband did not take any plot like other judges and the reference against Justice Isa has been proved fabricated. She also said that the government had spied on her and her children.

She said she bought the London property with her life's hard-earned money and the worth of her and Prime Minister Imran Khan’s property was the same so he (PM) should explain first about his own offshore company to buy his property.

She also raised a question that why Imran Khan does not disclose the assets of his wives and children and provide the mini trail of Bani Gala Palace?

Sarena said Imran Khan obtained plots from the government on false affidavit and President Arif Alvi gave three interviews after the reference was filed against us.
