Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Friday rejected an increase in the electricity tariff after the escalation of petrol prices in the country.

According to the 24News HD TV channel, PPP-Parliamentarian’s Spokesperson Shazia Marri reacting over the electricity prices declared it a failure of the Imran government.

She said that the increase in electricity prices after petrol was a very cruel act and Prime Minister Imran Khan had become a ‘parasitic root’ for the country.

Marri suggested to the people of Pakistan that they should be ready to light the lamp of their blood after high inflation in Imran Khan’s rule.

The PPP-Parliamentarian spokesperson said PM Imran Khan would take the country to the Stone Age by his anti-people policies.
