Second All Pak Triathlon to be held from Oct 16: ISPR

Pakistan Armed Forces Bahawalpur Corps will host the 2nd All Pakistan Triathlon from October 16 where people from all walks of life could patriciate, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

Candidates from the age group of 18 years to 45 years could participate in the sports event and each participant has to take part in all three formats of the events – swimming, cycling, and cross country running. Each participant has to complete the track at a specific time. 

ISPR DG said that the purpose of the event was to promote the games in society and the participants would also be able to learn from each other’s experiences. 

Armed forces personnel, Rangers, and police personnel, students, civil society, teachers, government servants can participate in the event.  

Pertinent to note that the triathlon is an endurance multisport race consisting of swimming, cycling, and running over various distances.
