Nanbais increase roti price by Rs5 in Peshawar

The Nanbai (bread bakers) Wednesday increased the price of roti by Rs5, reported 24News HD TV Channel.

According to the details, the Nanbai made the roti more expensive and the rate of it increased from Rs10 to Rs15.

The Nanbai said that the price of an 85-kilogram sack of flour was increased from Rs6,000 to Rs6,300 so they also increased the prices of roti to meet the expenditures.

They said that the 20-kilogram sack of flour had also gone up to Rs 1,400.

The Nanbai of Afghan refugees have also increased the price of red flour roti from Rs10 to Rs20 within overnight.

The Nanbai of areas of Gharibabad, Ferozabad, Yusufabad, Post Office Chowk, and Qissa Khawan have also reduced the weight of roti.
