Doda, Pakistan's first Balochi-language movie, had two showings on its opening day in theatres on Sunday. The movie's initial release date was set for April 10, 2020 however, was postponed due to Covid-19 restrictions. Adil Bizanjo is the film's director, and Shoaib Hassan plays the lead role.

The movie was filmed in the Karachi areas of Lyari and Gadani. Doda, a former boxer from a tiny village, is the character of the story, which centers on his ability to overcome, his past, and right the wrongs.

On the special Eid episode of Aaj Ka Pakistan, actors Shoaib Hassan and Abila Kurd joined by Sidra Iqbal, emphasized the significance of this publication, noting how frequently the Baloch culture is disregarded.

Hassan claims that the movie's message is that, despite limitations imposed by commitments and lack of opportunities, if you have a strong passion for something, there is always a way to transform that passion into a possibility. 

The cast even put efforts themselves to make the movie worth watching, Hassan discussed the physical adjustments he made to embody the role. He lost six to seven kilograms over the course of three months of boxing training.
