According to the 24News HD TV channel, the anti-corruption department registered the case of fraud and manipulation of papers against both higher authorities of the health department in Gujranwala and Wazirabad districts.

The anti-corruption department in the FIR said both CEO Health Gujranwala Dr Farjad and DDO Health Wazirabad Dr Muhammad Asghar showed completion of their studies from Russia but as per record, the degrees were doubtful.
