The National Electric and Power Regulatory Authority on Tuesday released its detailed order which allowed the K-Electric to hike its price by Rs3.75 per unit, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

According to the Nepra decision, the increase was allowed under the head of monthly fuel price adjustment. The rise in power tariff was made for the month of September.

However, the raise will not affect the lifeline electricity consumers as per the Nepra decision.
