Renowned Indian TV producer and director Ekta Kapoor, known for her successful soap operas, is reportedly planning to remake the Blockbuster Pakistani drama series ‘Tere Bin.’

The drama serial 'Tere Bin', featuring Wahaj Ali and Yumna Zaidi, gained immense popularity not only in Pakistan but also in India, Bangladesh, and other countries.

According to reports, Ekta has partnered with Colors TV, an Indian channel, to bring the story to an Indian audience and is considering the actresses Kanika Mann and Ayesha Singh for the lead roles.

The title of the remake is likely to remain "Tere Bin," and the drama is expected to air on television in July 2024.

Ekta’s decision to remake the popular Pakistani drama ‘Tere Bin’ reflects not only her creative vision but also the growing appreciation for cross-border storytelling in India.

Netizens are scared that Ekta Kapoor will turn Tere Bin into another typical, melodramatic soap opera with a distressed female lead, spanning over 100 episodes and continuing for at least a decade, like other Indian serials.
