PM Shehbaz to host dinner in honour of allied parties’ MNAs today

Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif will host a dinner in the honour of the PML-N and allied parties’ members of the National Assembly (MNAs) today, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Thursday.

Besides PML-N, MNAs of PPP, MQM-P, IPP, BAP and PML-Zia will attend the function, which will be held at the Prime Minister’s House.

PML-N and allied parties’ nominee for the seat of presidency Asif Ali Zardari and PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari will also be in attendance.

Sources told 24News that the prime minister would exchange views with the lawmakers over the future political strategy of the government.  

Besides that, the MNAs would also be taken into confidence on the presidential and Senate elections, they disclosed.

Likewise, consultations will also be held over the formation of the federal cabinet, sources revealed.  

This is for the first time that Shehbaz is hosting a dinner in the honour of MNAs after becoming the country’s prime minister.
