The opposition walked out of the Senate after pointing to quorum prompting the leader of the house to flay their gesture, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

The upper house on Tuesday once again could not maintain its decorum and erupted into uproar and the opposition members left the session after pointing to quorum.

Leader of the House Shehzad Waseem rued that the opposition always ran away from the house.

Earlier, the Ministry of National Health Services submitted its written reply to the upper house confessing that the number of AIDS patients was increasing in Pakistan. The re-use of syringes and non-availability of AIDS testing and treatment and unscreened blood bags were main causes behind the rise in AIDS patients.

Senator Mushtaq said that Pakistan was included in the 11 dangerous countries of the world where AIDS was spreading quickly. So far, 0.240 million people are suffering from AIDS in Pakistan, he added.
