FIA Cyber Crime Circle divides into three cells

Good news for the victims of cyber crimes as the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) Karachi, in order to ensure swift disposal of such cases, has divided the Cyber Crime Circle into three cells, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Friday. 

In this connection, FIA Sindh Cyber Crime Circle Additional Director Faizullah Korejo has issued the orders. 

Financial Cyber Crime Cell will work with Deputy Director Abdul Ghaffar as its head while an assistant director and seven other officers would also be included in it.  

Another cell that has been carved out of the Cyber Crime Cell is meant to settle the cases of harassment, blackmailing and character assassination. Deputy Director Ahmed Zaeem will head that cell which also consists of one assistant director and seven other officers.  

The third cell, consisting of an assistant director and five other officers, will work under Deputy Director Kaleemullah Memon. 

It is hoped that with the division of Cyber Crime Circle into three cells, there will be swift settlement of cases.
