The man, who had killed his friend in Hafizabad a year ago only for refusing to give him Rs50, has finally been arrested, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Thursday. 

According to details, Arsalan had asked Sabir for the money so that he could purchase drugs. And when the latter refused, he first kidnapped him and then killed him.  

The deceased was a night watchman at the highway department and a father of four.  

Arsalan, whom police had arrested a few days ago over possession of narcotics, confessed to have murdered his friend during the interrogation.
