Habib Tajik appointed new AJK IG

The federal government has appointed grade 20 officer Sohail Habib Tajik who was working in the Intelligence Bureau in Police Services of Pakistan as inspector general of Azad Kashmir police, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
The government has also appointed Deputy Secretary National Food Security Division Muhammad Salim as deputy secretary aviation division.
The government has issued orders of postings and transfers of officers working in the federal bureaucracy.
According to notifications issued by the Establishment Division on Wednesday, BPS grade 20 officer of Police Service of Pakistan Sohail Habib Tajik was appointed as inspector general Azad Kashmir.
Mr Tajik was serving in the intelligence bureau. His appointment was made under Section 10 of the Civil Servants Act, 1973.
Meanwhile, BPS grade 19 officer of Secretariat Group Deputy Secretary National Food Security & Research Division Muhammad Salim has been transferred and appointed as deputy secretary aviation division.
The Establishment Division has issued formal notifications in this regard.
