Asad Qaiser terms presidential elections illegal as assembly is incomplete

Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader and former Speaker National Assembly Asad Qaiser has said that presidential elections are illegal if the assembly is incomplete, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

Speaking to the media at outside the Parliament House on Saturday, Asad Qaiser further said that we are fighting a legal battle and will also go to the public.

He said that it is a violation not to bring Ejaz Chaudhary in the House despite the production order.

Talking on the occasion, PTI leader Barrister Gohar said that occupying constitutional positions in an unconstitutional manner is a violation of the constitution.

Barrister Gauhar said that the first two families were in control of the country's resources, now they are going to control the democratic institutions as well.

He said that constitutional posts are very important, Asif Zardari's victory is not a good omen for democracy.
