Court orders to defreeze bank accounts of Shaukat Khanum Hospital, NAMAL University
An anti-terrorism court (ATC) in Rawalpindi has ordered defreezing bank accounts of Shaukat Khanum Hospital, Islamabad, and NAMAL University Lahore, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
ATC Judge Amjad Ali Shah heard the case and issued the order on Monday.
During the hearing, Prosecutor Zaheer Shah did not oppose or raise any objection to the defreezing of the bank accounts.
The prosecutor went on saying that he has no objection if the court orders to defreezing the bank accounts of Shaukat Khanum Hospital and NAMAL University.
The prosecutor said that they had asked the Governor of the State Bank of Pakistan to freeze the bank accounts of Aleema Khan as per her CNIC.
The prosecutor further said that except for business and personal accounts of Aleema Khan, no other account was frozen. He has no objection to it if the court orders to defreeze them.
Advocate Mohammad Faisal Malik appeared in the court on behalf of Aleema Khan.
