Corona hunts Punjab Minister Aslam Iqbal

Punjab Minister for Industries Mian Aslam Iqbal has tested positive for Covid-19, 24News HD TV Channel reported on Saturday.

 According to the report, after contacted the virus, the minister has quarantined himself at his house. He will remain in bed for a few days under the care of his personal doctor.

Earlier today, PML-N MPA Mian Mujtaba Shujaur Rehman was also tested positive for coronavirus and has placed himself in self-quarantine at his home.

It may be mentioned that the fourth wave of Covid-19 coronavirus was on its way out but the spread of Omicron variant cases in Pakistan has raised alarms bells.
