Afghanistan to appoint permanent ambassador in Islamabad

Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar on Sunday held a telephonic discussion with Interim Afghanistan Foreign Minister Amir Khan Muttaqi, reported 24NewsHD TV Channel.
A spokesman of the foreign office said that Afghan Interim Foreign Minister Amir Khan Muttaqi lauded the important diplomatic decision of Pakistan.
He said that after Pakistan, Afghanistan also decided to appoint a permanent ambassador in Islamabad.
Amir Khan Muttaqi termed this decision an important step towards strengthening ties between the neighbouring countries.
On this occasion, both dignitaries reviewed the implementation of important decisions taken during the recent visit of Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar in Kabul.
Both leaders expressed their support for the early completion of the Pakistan, Uzbekistan, and Afghanistan Railway Line Project.
