Punjab Dental Hospital is operational sans medical superintendent

The Punjab Department of Specialized Health has miserably failed to appoint a permanent medical superintendent in Lahore’s Punjab Dental Hospital despite the passage of three months, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Monday.
Punjab Dental Hospital is also facing some serious financial and administrative issues due to the non-availability of a permanent medical superintendent.
It is necessary to mention here that first, a medical doctor was appointed as the medical superintendent of the hospital, but now a junior doctor is assigned interim charge.
People from all walks of life appealed to the Punjab government to take notice of this grim situation and appoint a permanent and qualified doctor as medical superintendent.
