Former provincial food minister Tika Muhammad Iqbal has passed away in Lahore, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

Funeral prayers of the deceased will be offered at 2 pm on Tuesday in his hometown Arifwala.

He was ill for the last several months. The TV channel reported his body is being shifted from Lahore to Arifwala. He was the elder brother of retired DIG Tikka Mukhtar.
