Matric student of Delhi Grammar School Orangi Town-1 in Karachi Wednesday brought a gun to school in his bag and accidentally shot a girl in his class, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

A student of class 10th Fazalullah brought a gun to school in his bag and was showing it off to all his friends. While he was showing the weapon off, it was accidentally shot and his class fellow Alisha was injured.

The injured Alisha said that the shot was fired from behind so she could not identify who had fired it.

Another fellow student Kehkashan stated that Fazalullah brought a pistol in the class and the bullet was fired towards the wall which hit Alisha.

The police said that Fazalullah absconded after the incident and search operations for him are ongoing. According to the investigation, the police said that the bullet was fired accidentally. Although the incident is being investigated from various angles.
