SC to hear Kamran Tessori’s plea regarding access of Governor House to Speaker

Supreme Court of Pakistan’s Constitutional Bench will hear the petition of Sindh Governor Kamran Tessori pertaining to the matter of granting access of the Governor House of Sindh to the Speaker of the Sindh Assembly, reported 24NewsHD TV Channel. 

A five-member constitutional bench headed by Justice Aminuddin Khan will hear the matter on November 3. Governor Kamran Tessori has challenged the decision of the Sindh High Court which had ordered full access of Governor House to Sindh Assembly Speaker in the absence of the Governor.
