Tourists are crazy about Nathiagali’s Chicken Patakha Roast
Patakha is an Urdu word meaning a firecracker but in Nathiagali Patakha is a recipe famous for its delicious taste mesmerising the tourists in the picturesque and popular tourist hillside town and they do not leave the place until they have the Chicken Patakha Roast.
The TV channel reported that the 60-year-old recipe prepared with the help of a number of local hot spices before applying it to the chicken.
The visitors are all praise for the spicy firecracker. The main spice of the extremely delicious dish is the crushed chillies which do not make it insanely hot.
Chef at a local restaurant told 24NewsHD that he has been making this dish following in the footsteps of his forefathers.
It is pertinent to note that Nathiagali is situated 32 kilometres at one hour's drive away from both Murree and Abbottabad.
