Shariat Court to hear review plea in Imran Khan nikah case on Oct 2

The Federal Shariat Court (FSC) on Saturday fixed for hearing the review petition filed in former prime minister and PTI Chairman Imran Khan’s nikah case, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

A three-member bench, headed by Justice Iqbal Hameedur Rehman and also comprising Justice Khadim Hussain Sheikh and Justice Dr. Syed Muhammad Anwar, will take up the petition for hearing on October 2.

The FSC had disposed of the petition filed by Shahid Orakzai on February 7, 2022 following which the latter filed a review petition.
