Famous veteran actress Sakina Samo’s directorial debut Intezaar is all set to premiere in New York at the Harlem International Film Festival.

She took to twitter to announce the exciting news with her fans and wrote:  “Our Intezaar (Waiting) will have its world premiere at the Harlem International Film Festival in New York. See the link for all films being shown and how to watch online,” she tweeted.

Intezaar’s story revolves around a family's patience. A father waiting for his family to leave him, a mother waiting for her son to come home and a daughter taking care of her ageing parents, waiting for them to pass on; loneliness, indifference of children and the fear of death, ever approaching.

The feature film stars Samina Ahmed, Khalid Ahmed, Kaif Ghaznavi, Raza Ali Abid and Adnan Jaffar in leading roles.
