Another audio of PTI leader inciting party workers to protest leaks

While on one hand, Interior Minister Sheikh Rasheed has called upon the country’s ‘establishment’ to intervene in order to find a peaceful way out of the present political crisis, ruling Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) leaders, on the other hand, are exhorting the party workers to protest against the almost certain ouster of the government through a no-trust motion tabled in the National Assembly, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Saturday.
Following the audio leak of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) Chief Minister Mehmood Khan, Minister of State for Climate Change Zartaj Gul’s audio has also leaked in which she could be heard telling the PTI workers to hold a two-hour sit-in at Dera Ghazi Khan’s chowk.
“Shout ‘turncoats are not acceptable’ during the sit-in,” she can be heard directing the workers. “Also display banners inscribed with the same slogans,” she adds.
She has also given instructions to project Prime Minister Imran Khan as a leader of Muslim Ummah during the sit-in.
However, she has asked the party workers to refrain from shouting anti-America slogans.
Interestingly, Zartaj has owned the video, saying that every PTI worker supports the prime minister in his or her constituency, and the party workers will continue to protest against ‘traitors’.
