The preparations to observe 44th death anniversary of former Prime Minister and founder of Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) late Zulfikar Ali Bhutto on April 4 are in full swing, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Sunday. 

Anniversary functions will be held on April 4 in all the seven districts of Karachi whereas banners of late Zulfikar Ali Bhutto have also been displayed in Karachi. 

There will be no public gathering in Garhi Khuda Bakhsh due to Ramadan.
