Man catches 65kg fish in Narowal, offers to sell for Rs100,000

A young man, namely Arif, caught a 65-kilogram fish from the River Ravi in Narowal, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Friday.

The fish was caught near the Kartarpur area of Narowal. 

Later, the young man took his catch to the fish market, where a trader offered him Rs90,000, but Arif refused the price and stated that he would sell the fish for Rs100,000.

He said that the royal fish is a good breed and has a thorn.

It is necessary to mention here that in October 2025, a resident of Narowal caught a giant fish weighing 92 kilograms from the River Ravi.

The citizen caught the fish from floodwater in village Chandyali. 

The citizen further said that he is happy that it is the first time in his life that he caught such a giant fish.
