US, Israel once again seeking to impose war on Iran, says Ambassador Reza Amiri
Iran’s Ambassador to Pakistan Reza Amiri Moghaddam stated that the US and Israel are once again seeking to impose war on Iran. He warned that if this happens, other countries in the region will also not remain safe in the future. He said that if war breaks out again, Iran will once more emerge victorious; otherwise, they will attain the highest status of martyrdom. Dr. Reza Amiri expressed gratitude to the Pakistani government, the people of Pakistan, and various political and religious parties for their full support in the war against the United States and Israel.
To pay tribute to the martyrs of Palestine, the resistance, and the Islamic Ummah, a seminar titled “Martyrs of the Islamic Ummah” was organized at the Iranian Embassy. Addressing the seminar, Ambassador Reza Amiri Moghaddam stated that the United States and Israel are once again intent on imposing war on Iran. He maintained that the United States and Israel want to once again turn this region into bloodshed and destruction, and if that happens, other countries in the region will not remain safe in the future.
Iranian envoy said, “By the grace of Allah, Iran emerged with honor and dignity from the war imposed by Israel and the United States. If war breaks out again, Iran will once more emerge victorious; otherwise, we will attain the highest status of martyrdom.” Reza Amiri Moghaddam further noted that Pakistan stood by Iran in the war against the United States and Israel, and he expressed gratitude to the Pakistani government, the people, and various political and religious parties here for their full support.
While addressing the gathering, the Former Federal Minister Ali Muhammad Khan said that in May 2025, Pakistan gave a befitting response to the aggression of another center of evil called India. Khan stated that just as Iran gave a crushing response to Israel, Pakistan gave a similar response to India. Ali Muhammad Khan clarified that during the attack on Iran, all Pakistanis, irrespective of sect, stood with Iran. He added that the message given by Quaid-e-Azam to awaken a spirit of struggle among students is still alive today for the fighters of Gaza, Palestine, Lebanon, and occupied Kashmir.
He said that the caravan of martyrs, which began with Hazrat Hamza (RA), continues to the recent martyrdom of Hamas spokesperson Abu Ubaida. Mufti Gulzar Naeemi of Jamaat Ahl-e-Haram said that they pay tribute to all the martyrs of the Muslim Ummah, including Haj Qasim Soleimani, who kept the spirit of resistance alive.
Syed Nasir Shirazi of Majlis Wahdat-e-Muslimeen said that today the memory of the brave individuals of the Muslim Ummah is being commemorated who confronted the worst oppressors of their time. He said that the United States and Israel have failed to achieve even a single declared objective in Palestine, while Hamas still remains steadfast on its path of resistance.
Allama Arif Wahidi of the Shia Ulema Council said that Qasim Soleimani, Hassan Nasrallah, and Yahya Sinwar gave their lives and breathed new spirit into their nations. He added that Palestinians who once fought with stones are today fighting with rockets. Allama Iftikhar Naqvi said that the martyrs knew that death lay on this path, yet they did not fear it, and today the enemy’s sleep has been disturbed. On this occasion, prayers were also offered for the elevation of the ranks of the martyrs.
