KP govt can be toppled only in unconstitutional way: CM Gandapur

Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur has made it clear that PTI leadership was united and all of the efforts to create rift in PTI ranks will be foiled, reported 24NewsHDTV Channel. 

Addressing press conference after PTI's joint parliamentary party meeting, Gandapur said Imran Khan has given the nation one ideology and one thought. 

Gandapur said PTI opponents thought they will create fear and rift in PTI but they are wrong. He said entire party was united for the release of Imran Khan. 

Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister said that no matter how much effort is put in, PTI government cannot be toppled through constitutional means, he announced to quit politics if the oppistion succeed in toppling PTI government in Balochistan. 

He said KP has increased its surplus by 250 billion in 15 months. The health card was closed, which we restored as soon as we came to power. He said this time PTI presented a tax-free budget. 

Gandapur claimed there were no drone attack or any unrest during the government of PTI. He claimed now the trusts of the masses on security institutions has gone down. He urged the government to hold talks with Afghanistan. 

KP Chief Minister said he was pressurized several times to give statement against Imran Khan but he refused it. PTI Secretary General Salman Akram Raja said that Pakistan was being plundered and no one was paying heed to the public woes. 

He said PTI is fighting a battle for rule of law and PTI and masses will win it. 

PTI Chairman Barrister Gohar Ali Khan said that PTI founder Imran Khan has always called for dialogue. He said PTI has always emphasised meaningful dialogue.

Barrister Gohar made it clear that opposition can bring a no-confidence motion against KP government. He said negotiation plan will be executed only on the PTI founder’s instructions.

He said PTI leaders were elected with the founder’s votes and that the goal of today’s meeting was to demonstrate unity. 

Barrister Gohar asserted: “We will defend the KP government at all costs. Those wanting to bring a no-confidence motion lack the numbers. PTI’s government stands and will continue. If there are to be negotiations, concrete steps must be taken.”
