IHC grants bail to main accused in judge video scandal

The Islamabad High Court (IHC) has granted bail to Tariq Mehmood, the main accused in the video scandal.
The case was heard by Chief Justice Athar Minallah and Justice Amir Farooq. The court has ordered the accused to submit a bond of Rs one lakh.
According to details, Justice Umar Farooq asked the FIA that who blackmailed whom and is there indisputable evidence that Tariq Mahmood blackmailed the judge, the court said
Replying to the questions, the FIA said that Arshad Malik's employees have stated that Tariq Mahmood blackmailed the judge through the video.
The court asked further that what did Arshad Malik say in his statement. How did the blackmail happen? The Chief Justice further asked the FIA officer about the duration of the accused held in jail?
Replying to the inquiry, FIA officier said that Tariq Mahmood has been in Adiala Jail for ten months.
Justice Amir Farooq further asked about the evidence that the accused blackmailed the judge.
Justice Amir Farooq further said to FIA that it looks like there is no irrefutable evidence in your report and FIA has nothing but statements so on what basis can the and court and FIA convict the accused.
After the arguments of both parties, the court granted bail to the Tariq Mehmood.
